So worried again now that I've had my first bad bronchitis in months. It's directly correlated to my smoking, ANY smoking. Back to the patches and lots of water.  My antibiotic (levaquin?) came just in time fever was rising up to pneumonia levels thank God it didn't get that far. Still a sad and scary reminder of what I have done to myself.

I have been losing weight for about a year, I'm down to mid 80 lbs I can't seem to keep weight on, no matter how much food I eat. Does anyone have any solutions to gaining weight and keeping it on? I'm desperate, it keeps me so weak, I can't do very much to help myself.
